Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for the day-to-day operations in the following functional areas: benefits, employee relations, talent acquisitions, learning & development, centers of excellence, unemployment and others as directed
- Covers activities and provides assistance to the team with miscellaneous projects, such as data entry or reporting
- Aids with implementation of various HR initiatives
- Provides assistance to CHRO on setting up calendars, events, activities for the department
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong computer proficiency preferred
- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills
