About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process, supports workforce planning, ensures compliance with employment laws, and facilitates onboarding for new hires. The role also involves building talent pipelines and contributing to initiatives that support MetroLink Tulsa’s goal of being an empowered and enviable workplace.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings on potential hires
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies
- Prepare and extend offers, and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition
- Attend local recruiting events
