A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Personnel Management Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing HR processes, analyzing data, and providing insights to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience with HRIS systems and software.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or similar software.
