Human Resources Partner, Employee Relations
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations conducts complex workplace investigations on employee concerns, claims of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, etc.
Serves as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.
Supports department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
May provide coaching and counseling to department heads in areas such as employee training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances.
Performs special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- At least two (2) years of Human Resources work experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations required.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.
- Ability to travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Human Resources Professional Certification preferred.
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,550.40 to $99,840.00 on an annualized basis.
