About the role

The position is at a tech company. We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Analytics Manager to drive organizational effectiveness within the Electronic Systems Sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex workforce data using advanced analytical methods, including data aggregation, deep-dive analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to support strategic human capital decisions.
  • Design, build, and implement enterprise-scale solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Develop interactive executive dashboards with Power BI, automate manual processes using Power Automate, and create custom Power Apps that enhance HR data collection, management, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and automate key performance indicators and workforce metrics that measure organizational growth and the effectiveness of Human Capital initiatives, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts are supported by robust quantitative analysis.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to perform comprehensive analyses and deliver meaningful insights that help executive leadership make informed decisions supporting organizational growth and business objectives.
  • Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within Human Capital Management systems while developing scalable technical solutions to address systemic employee data challenges.
  • Support the Shared Services operating model by identifying recurring issues, monitoring operational trends, and leveraging automation to improve efficiency and accelerate issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered, including an associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with 12+ years of applicable experience.
  • Expert-level expertise in Power BI with demonstrated success developing complex data models, interactive dashboards, and advanced visualizations.
  • Experience designing automated workflows with Power Automate and building low-code business applications using Power Apps to streamline manual HR processes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in quantitative analysis and translating complex workforce data into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level leadership, influencing stakeholders and guiding data-driven organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical analyses and complex metrics to executive leadership in a clear, actionable, and business-focused manner.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while successfully balancing multiple priorities and meeting critical deadlines.

Pay

$118k to $201k annually.
