In this role, you will add immediate value by providing HR support across the Americas, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures across employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership development, performance management and employment -related legal matters. As a HR Officer You Will Primary contact for managers and employees across all people mattersProvide a range of HR services to support the end-to-end employee experience in all departments including Commercial, Ground Services, Cargo and Corporate functions.Support, develop, and coach managers through employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, grievance and disciplinary procedures.Case management of employee relations issues through to conclusionProvide advice to managers on the implementation of HR policies and processes to support them in making decisions that are fair and ensuring consistency across the companyCollaborate with HR centers of excellence in Doha to implement company-wide HR initiatives across the Americas.Partner with Talent Development team to analyze and prioritize training and development needs in conjunction with the departments and in line with the corporate agenda. Supervise and oversee all matters related to the administration of employment records and related documents (including terms of employment, contract renewals, probation reports, end of employment reports, termination checklists, employee records and files) and ensure compliance to local labor requirements and Qatar Airways standards and policies. Coordinate the orientation of new employees and probationary reviews.Collaborate with local finance team in managing monthly payroll reportingSupport HR project work where required Qualification The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications Relevant college or university qualification to minimum bachelor's level within Human Resources or a relevant field.Minimum three years Generalist HR experience within a fast paced, multi-site, and ever-changing environment.Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations e.g. health and safety.Significant experience in employee relations, organizational change and case managementFluency in English, both written and spoken is essential for this role.
