Job Description/Responsibilities
- Drive strategic HR partnership by aligning workforce planning with business goals, using data to inform decisions, leading cross-functional initiatives, and enabling leaders to effectively execute people strategies.
- Persist cross-functionally to enhance organizational effectiveness, communication, and adoption of HR programs and initiatives.
- Develop leaders and teams through coaching, training, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, managing investigations, resolving issues, and improving workplace experience.
- Champion culture, engagement, and compliance by promoting company values, supporting change management, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of demonstrated HR experience with strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated exceptional strategic leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to coach, lead and, motivate teams.
- Must possess the ability to overcome resistance to organizational change, influence all employees to embrace it, and lead the change initiative.
- Willingness to travel as needed to additional sites for training and HR support.
- Preferred: Master's degree in related field, One or more of shrm-cp/shrm-scp/phr/sphr certifications, Change Management and experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
