The Role
Serve as the primary HR liaison to business leadership, employees, and shared services to execute HR initiatives.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and talent development.
Foster a positive work environment by building strong partnerships between HR and various business units.
Ensure strict confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations.
Design and implement strategies for staffing, onboarding, talent development, and employee retention.
Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
