Human Resources Manager II - Bilingual in Spanish

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration
• Drive positive employee relations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws
• Ensure partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasize a culture of safety at the location overall

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)

Skills

• 2+ years' Human Resources experience (preferred)
