Responsibilities
- Oversee all general areas of Human Resources.
- Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Drive positive employee relations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal obligations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws.
- Ensure partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and promote a culture of safety at the location.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred).
- Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
- Preferred: 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
