Manage turnover; recruit; administer payroll and benefits; and drive positive employee relations.
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Human Resources experience
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of HR-related areas of legality including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and OSHA requirements

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $59,400 - $75,900/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
