About the role

The Human Resources Manager (Field) plays a crucial role in supporting the operations and growth of Performance Food Group. This position oversees HR initiatives, manages employee relations, and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management teams to develop strategies for workforce planning and retention.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation plans.
  • Prepare and analyze HR data to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar field within the food industry.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation plans.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
