About the role
The Human Resources Manager (Field) plays a crucial role in supporting the operations and growth of Performance Food Group. This position oversees HR initiatives, manages employee relations, and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop strategies for workforce planning and retention.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation plans.
- Prepare and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar field within the food industry.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and company policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
