Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts and partner with hiring managers to support effective workforce planning and hiring decisions.
- Oversee benefits administration and employee communications.
- Provide oversight of payroll coordination in partnership with Accounting and vendors.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience.
- Manage and develop HR team members.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations and organizational matters.
- Lead annual HR processes such as performance reviews and compensation planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support audits and compliance requirements related to HR practices.
- Partner with legal counsel on investigations and employee relations matters.
- Lead development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Support global HR initiatives and collaborate with overseas headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience leading or supervising HR staff or managing HR programs.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of payroll oversight, with experience using UKG or similar HR/payroll systems preferred.
- Experience in a multi-state or global business environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Primarily in-office role with regular attendance required.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed, including occasional early morning/evening meetings with overseas headquarters.
- Occasional travel (up to 10%).
- Able to collaborate and communicate professionally.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
