About the role
Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire qualified candidates through various channels.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct performance evaluations.
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
