Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action and equal employment opportunity regulations.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, employee rights, and workplace conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Valid driver's license.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
