Human Resources Manager

Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.

Oversee all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a welcoming and engaging experience.

Partner with department leaders to support successful integration of new team members.

Partner with our Recruiting Manager for specific recruiting needs

Coordinate employee benefit outreach to educate employees on how to best use the plans

Lead employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements, service milestones, and company values.

Partner with our Training Manager to identify training needs and assist with training/learning opportunities.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from initial reporting through claim closure.

Assist with leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and applicable state leave laws.

Assist with HR audits and reporting requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Qualifications

2+ years HR generalist experience in hospitality

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.

Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
