About the role

The Human Resources Manager at SW Corp is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, and managing HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook. This role provides guidance to managers and employees, drives employee engagement and a positive workplace culture, leads training and development initiatives, analyzes HR data for informed decision-making, promotes diversity and inclusion, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver HR projects and organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with SW Corp’s mission
  • Oversight of the full employee lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Manage HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees
  • Drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
  • Lead training and development initiatives
  • Analyze HR data for informed decision-making
  • Promote diversity and inclusion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver HR projects and organizational initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • U.S. immigration visa experience is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
