Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with leadership to develop and maintain strong employee relations
- Managing performance and talent management programs
- Resolving complex employee concerns
- Handling sensitive investigations
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks
- Providing counsel and resolving employee relations issues, including manager and employee concerns, policy violations, and organizational changes
- Managing sensitive and confidential human resources information with integrity and professionalism
- Reviewing internal promotion requests and re-hire procedures to ensure fairness and compliance
- Leading HR initiatives, managing special projects, and researching innovative HR practices to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Supporting employee engagement activities and fostering a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of employment laws applicable to the assigned area (preferred)
Exceptional listening, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Self-motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused mindset
Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and legal compliance
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and sustain positive employee relations within your designated area
- Drive participation and successful execution of performance and talent management initiatives
- Conduct investigations, including interviewing complainants and witnesses, and document findings appropriately
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks
- Provide counsel and resolve employee relations issues, including manager and employee concerns, policy violations, and organizational changes
- Manage sensitive and confidential human resources information with integrity and professionalism
