HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Responsibilities
The HR Manager is responsible for creating and supporting an engaging workplace culture, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing HR systems and processes that support facility objectives. Works closely with department heads to address workforce planning needs, resolve employee relations issues, and develop talent management strategies that attract, retain, and develop top performers. In the absence of the Director, is responsible for the daily operation of the Human Resources Department.
Maintains Lawson and Workday HR system for accuracy and provides reports as needed. Models Service Excellence in communications with all stakeholders.

Job Functions
- Talent Acquisition: Oversees recruitment efforts and supervises the recruitment team. Analyzes and trends HR metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies that improve employee retention.
- Employee Relations: Serves as primary point of contact for employee concerns, conducts investigations, and mediates workplace conflict. Works with Director on final outcomes of all investigations.
- Lawson and Workday Data Integrity and Troubleshooting: Provides accurate and timely maintenance, processing, and tracking of all employee transactions. Creates reports and resolves issues in a prompt manner.
- Compensation & Benefits: Runs annual merit process. Manages compensation documents and conducts regular market analysis for competitive positioning.
- Award: Annual Performance Evaluation: Compliance and Documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related area required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or Business.
- Prioritization, problem solving, organizational skills, critical thinking skills required.
- Computer skills required.
- Human Resource certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) preferred.
- Must successfully complete the pre-employment assessment.

St. Mary’s is a 229-bed, acute care hospital located in Enid, OK. St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center has served the healthcare needs of northwest Oklahoma for more than 100 years. We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women’s Imaging, Wound Care, and more.
Qualifications
