Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a People Leader to support our airport restaurant operations at Atlanta Airport. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on HR partner to field leadership and airport operations
• Support employee relations, performance conversations, and leader coaching
• Partner thoughtfully on labor-related matters
• Collaborate with Regional and Corporate People teams on initiatives and programs
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and engagement efforts that strengthen the team

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience
• A practical, people-first approach with sound judgment and discretion
• Comfort supporting fast-moving operations (hospitality, retail, food service, or similar)
• The ability and willingness to work on-site in a highly interactive environment

• Union experience
• Understanding of wage and hour requirements
• Close connection to day-to-day airport restaurant operations
