Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at ATL Airport. The ideal candidate will bring union experience, understand wage and hour requirements, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on HR partner to field leadership and airport operations
• Support employee relations, performance conversations, and leader coaching
• Partner thoughtfully on labor-related matters
• Collaborate with Regional and Corporate People teams on initiatives and programs
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and engagement efforts that strengthen the team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience
• A practical, people-first approach with sound judgment and discretion
• Comfort supporting fast-moving operations (hospitality, retail, food service, or similar)
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in a highly interactive environment
