Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Cook up workforce planning and staffing needs with department managers.
  • Cook up talent pipelines and succession planning initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Mediate workplace conflicts and recommend solutions.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Develop and administer performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and training needs.
  • Ensure consistent application of performance standards.
  • Assess organizational training needs.
  • Design and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
  • Maintain training effectiveness and employee growth.
  • Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Ensure payroll-related HR processes are accurate and compliant.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct workplace investigations when necessary.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics related to recruitment, turnover, attendance, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze workforce data to support management decision-making.
  • Recommend improvements based on HR trends and insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred.

Compensation

Compensation: $75,000-80,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
