Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Cook up workforce planning and staffing needs with department managers.
- Cook up talent pipelines and succession planning initiatives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and recommend solutions.
- Promote employee engagement and retention programs.
- Develop and administer performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and training needs.
- Ensure consistent application of performance standards.
- Assess organizational training needs.
- Design and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
- Maintain training effectiveness and employee growth.
- Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Ensure payroll-related HR processes are accurate and compliant.
- Communicate benefits information to employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct workplace investigations when necessary.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics related to recruitment, turnover, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Analyze workforce data to support management decision-making.
- Recommend improvements based on HR trends and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred.
Compensation
Compensation: $75,000-80,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
