Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Select’s HR Manager role operates as a strategic HR Business Partner, proactively driving people strategies that enable business outcomes while balancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The position will report to the Select Water Corporate office in Gainesville, TX with travel to other regions required.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
- Translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to drive performance management processes and outcomes.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns.
- Conduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent application of policies.
- Support organizational change initiatives (restructures, mergers, process changes).
- Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibration).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support implementation of HR programs, tools, and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
- SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred; equivalent HR certifications considered.
- 6+ years of related work experience is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Physical Demands and Exposures
- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment a majority of the time.
- The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Some travel will be required.
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
