JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job candidates for open positions.
- Perform routine tasks including but not limited to compensation, attendance recordkeeping, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.

- Listening and problem solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in Human Resources field.
