Human Resources Manager
About the role
Rich’s, a family-owned food company, seeks a Human Resources Manager to drive the holistic development and optimization of the human capital within the defined manufacturing site. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs, enhancing the effectiveness of learning initiatives. It also includes overseeing leadership development, high-performance team development, and organizational effectiveness assessments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs.
- Utilize defined learning methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Maintain positive relationships with factory associates and union representatives, addressing and resolving, on an exception basis, associate concerns, conflicts, and grievances in collaboration with Ops Excellence CoE.
- Implement leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of capable leaders.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
- Facilitate the creation and development of high-performance teams within the manufacturing site.
- Monitor team dynamics and provide guidance to resolve conflicts and improve team effectiveness.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track team performance over time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
- Analyze data and metrics to provide insights into organizational health and recommend interventions as needed.
- Establish and lead a Pillar Board comprising key stakeholders from various functions.
- Define strategic objectives, goals, and key performance indicators for each pillar, regularly reporting progress and updates to the overall leadership team.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align pillar activities with overall business objectives.
- Adhere to and promote ethical and compliance standards in all aspects of pillar management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on learning and development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
- Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $106,188.00 - $159,283.00
