Human Resources Manager
Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager provides the full range of HR leadership to the facility in the areas of positive employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, employee development, compensation, and benefits administration.
Reporting Relationships
The Human Resources Manager will report to the Plant Manager and functionally to the Vice President, Human Resources for Aerostructures division.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in the areas of positive employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, employee development, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Develops and implements strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversees recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Manages employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Administers compensation and benefits programs.
- Develops and implements training and development programs.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
Required Experience
- 5+ years related experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Travel Requirements
Level of Education
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Master’s Degree and PHR or SPHR preferred.
