Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruiting, staffing, and onboarding for the location.
Employee Relations
Manage performance, policy administration, coaching, and workplace investigations.
Leave & Claim Management
Oversee PFML, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related compliance.
Retention & Culture
Conduct exit interviews and support initiatives that strengthen engagement.
Leadership Support
Provide coaching, guidance, and HR partnership to managers and employees.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws.
HRIS & Payroll Operations
Manage HRIS/timekeeping accuracy, approve timecards, support payroll, and complete monthly HR reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bi-lingual in Spanish; candidates that can speak, read and write fluently in Spanish will be given preference
Pay
Competitive salary based on experience, plus full benefits.
Schedule
Full-time, onsite role based in West Springfield, MA. Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 4 PM with occasional travel (up to 10%) to corporate facility.
