Key Outputs / Deliverables
- Execute HR Strategy
- Drive the alignment and execution of key people strategies
- Champion the execution of work aligned with Nestlé Ways of Working and Leading
- Ensure an effective culture and working environment
- Oversee flawless execution of all Human Resources initiatives
- Provide alternate solutions on business issues
- Manage overall Human Resources service delivery
Organizational Design
- Manage coordination and execution of workforce planning
- Proactively challenge the established organizational structure
Performance Management
- Utilize performance, potential, and development planning systems
- Provide counsel and guidance to Leadership
- Perform investigations when required
Employee Engagement
- Build and maintain effective working relationships
- Support Leadership Development
- Assess Employee Relations practices
Qualifications / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree level preferred in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology field
- PHIR or SPHR through HRCI/SHRM certification strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation Skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker’s compensation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, balance multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources/Employee Relations Management role
- Prior Human Resources experience must include HR Generalist, operational experience, and change leadership/cultural development focus
