Human Resources Manager
Our Client is seeking an HR Manager for a remote, full-time, exempt position.
About the Role
We are seeking a systems-oriented HR Manager to join the HR Team. This role supports the CHRO in managing and implementing HR programs and policies across all TRUE’s companies, in a shared service model. The HR Manager manages the implementation of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, policies and handbooks, training coordination, employee communication, and the HRIS system. The ideal candidate is highly experienced as an HR Generalist, proactive, and able to handle the execution of complex, multi-entity HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with CHRO and HR team to establish ongoing objectives and partnership strategy
- Provide front-line employee HR support and escalate exceptions to HR team
- Communicate & coordinate benefits program set up and administration (medical, dental, vision, life & disability, 401(k), etc.)
- Manage and implement processes and systems for all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
- Coordinate Manager Job Surveys and write corresponding Job Descriptions
- Facilitate employee compensation communication and administration
- Communicate and coordinate performance reviews
- Draft policies and HR procedures
- Provide policy interpretation support to Employees and Managers
- Conduct employee surveys, new hire, and exit interviews
- Research HR practices and policies for new issues, such as multi-entity and global expansion
- Participate in virtual TRUE Team meetings

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience
- Ability to hold a current US-based Professional HR certification within 6 months of start date (SHRM or HRCI preferred)
- 5+ years in Human Resources support role
- Experience with a multi-entity role preferred
- Experience with global HR considered an asset
- Proven ability to implement and advise on a wide variety of HR programs, especially benefits and talent management
- Strong ability to collaborate within and across teams while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work on HR programs with minimal supervision; must have excellent judgement and discernment in Employee Relations
- Ability to consistently provide high quality, detailed, and accurate work product
- High proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to consistently maintain a Professional Remote Office

Pay
Base Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Potential Total Rewards: $139,000 - $150,000.
Work Environment
This remote role requires extended computer work, detailed system management, and frequent coordination across teams. The position involves sustained focus and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
