About the role
At Matrix Renewables, we are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated HR Manager to support our growing operations in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business areas and functions in the US.
- Source and identify top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Cook up and drive interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Prepare candidate assessments and interview summaries for hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when required.
- Ensure roles are appropriately advertised and support employer branding initiatives.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Support the resolution of workplace issues, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with company values.
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies.
- Partner with leadership to proactively identify and mitigate HR risks.
- Support performance management processes and broader HR initiatives.
- Cook up onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Promote HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and other initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience combining recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes (corporate and technical roles).
- Hands-on experience handling employee relations matters and supporting compliant HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical roles with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Native-level English required; Spanish is a plus.
