Human Resources Manager

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll partner directly with leaders, support employees across the organization, and help drive key HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across multiple business functions
• Partner with leadership on organizational changes, workforce planning, and HR best practices during a time of transformation
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace investigations
• Support talent management initiatives including onboarding, employee engagement, and retention efforts
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Assist with policy development, process improvements, and HR projects
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a positive employee experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Strong employee relations and performance management background
• Must have experience working through restructuring, reorganizations and change management
• Experience supporting leaders with an hourly and salaried population
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to navigate both strategic conversations and day-to-day HR responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
