About the role
Responsible for managing the sales and marketing strategies for MAXX® kitchen appliances. This includes developing and executing promotional campaigns, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure product placement and promotions are effective.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Qualifications
