Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of labor laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and implementing policies that promote a positive work environment.
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
