Human Resources Manager

About the role

You will lead all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, fostering a positive work culture and supporting team member growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR staff
• Serve as the champion of employees, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment
• Oversee recruitment and employee relations
• Develop training programs and policies

Education & Experience

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations

Pay, Schedule, Benefits

• This position may require a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The pay is commensurate with experience.
• The schedule is flexible.
