The Role
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, employees, shared services, and HR departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, talent management, and succession planning.
Develop and execute HR strategies encompassing staffing, onboarding, talent development, and employee retention.
Spearhead employee relations practices to cultivate a positive work environment and high employee morale.
Conduct thorough investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions adhering to strict confidentiality.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 4-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and adapt to company culture.
- PHIR/SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
