Human Resources Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will provide a high level of customer service to employees and management, serving as a subject matter expert for various HR competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential and trustworthy support to employees experiencing issues impacting their jobs.
• Respond to employee-related issues in collaboration with appropriate line managers/supervisors.
• Deliver New Employee Orientation updates and maintain relevant materials.
• Affirm and interpret policies and programs, ensuring EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA compliance.
• Process unemployment and worker compensation claims.
• Facilitate and coordinate employee communication regarding benefits programs, including health insurance, 401K, and EAP.
• Coordinate employee event planning and development programs.
• Maintain oversight of the employee appraisal process and generate management information reports from Workday and UKG.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive human resources experience required.
• Experience with an HRIS program.
• Confident use of MS Office, database software systems, and programs.
