Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dedicated team! As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee development, benefits administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and coordinate the hiring process to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on personnel-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and reporting to management.
- Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and development, and track employee engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field (bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret policies and procedures, and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
