About the role
Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire qualified candidates through various channels.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
- Resolve employee issues and conduct performance evaluations.
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
