About the role
The Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations, handling conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and managing the enrollment process.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
