About the role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end HR operations at our Seminyak property, ensuring that every team member thrives and delivers the personalized experiences our guests expect. Your expertise in talent acquisition will help us build a diverse team of hospitality professionals who share our commitment to Indonesian warmth and cultural authenticity. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts with an extensive professional network, implement people development programs that nurture talent from within, and ensure robust HR legal administration. You will partner closely with department heads to foster a collaborative, guest-centric culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.
What success looks like: You will have built a strong pipeline of quality candidates, developed internal talent through meaningful training initiatives, maintained full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and contributed to consistently high team engagement scores. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top hospitality talent through extensive professional networks
- Design and implement people development programs that support career growth and skill advancement
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Partner with department managers to resolve employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism
- Administer performance management systems and facilitate constructive feedback loops
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs that align with Dijiwa's brand values
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize relevant capacity-building initiatives
- Manage HR administration including payroll support, benefits, and employee records
