About the role
The Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and managing changes in benefit offerings.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting audits as necessary.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with employment law.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
