Sodexo is hiring an HR Manager 3 to support Sodexo employees at UT Health hospitals, leading HR operations for 300–400 employees. Whether supporting day-to-day HR operations or contributing to larger process improvements, you’ll be at the center of meaningful work that keeps people informed, records accurate, and policies running smoothly.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources; typically responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within the Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional, or operational areas, processes, or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HR operations that directly impact employee experience, from onboarding to records management
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering support on a wide range of HR-related questions
• Manage data, systems, and compliance documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Help streamline and improve processes that support talent, mobility, and leave administration
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and enhance team effectiveness
• Gain hands-on experience with HR systems and tools while supporting internal customers
• Be part of a collaborative, solutions-focused team that values growth, service, and accountability

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of management experience
• 2–5 years of related experience
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of HR systems, processes, and data accuracy
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized, adaptable, and deadline-driven
• Collaborative, service-first approach to resolving employee inquiries and supporting team goals
• Comfort navigating policies and procedures with the ability to explain them clearly and confidently
• Continuous improvement mindset—always looking for ways to streamline, simplify, and enhance processes

Pay

Pay range: $64,600 – $83,600 per year.
