Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 for Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in West Carson, CA. This role provides HR leadership in a unionized healthcare environment, supporting employee relations, investigations, compliance, and manager coaching. The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex HR matters, conducting workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance with government contract requirements.
