Human Resources Leadership Program Associate

About the role

Carrier is seeking college graduates with demonstrated leadership capability, learning agility, and the desire to develop as Human Resources professionals. The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a two-year rotational program that exposes aspiring human resources leaders to Carrier’s human resource function and business segments through three, eight-month rotations.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to diverse functional areas of Human Resources including human resources business partner roles, total rewards, talent programs, talent acquisition, and project management.
• Rotational assignments in different business segments such as Climate Solutions Americas, Climate Solutions Transportation, and Global Headquarters.
• Hands-on experiences designed to stretch and build capabilities across Human Resources.
• Opportunities to work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in an HR operating model that includes Communities of Expertise (CoEs), HR Operations, and HR Business Partners.
• Mentorship provided by an HR leader throughout the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial & labor relations, psychology, or business.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.5.
• Geographically mobile and able to relocate for rotations.
• Graduation date between September 2026 and June 2027.
• Start in the Leadership Program in mid-June 2027.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources.

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
