What Is the Opportunity?
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is open to internal employees, 2026 Travelers Summer Interns, and Summer Students. Applications from other groups are not accepted.
What Will You Do?
- Design competitive and cost-effective total compensation programs.
- Develop an understanding of issues, state and federal employment law regulations, and corporate HR policies and procedures.
- Consult with business partners to develop and maintain external recruitment sources.
- Recruit, interview, assess, and place applicants to meet company human resources needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- A minimum of 1 year of Human Resources related experience.

Must Have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
