Human ResourcesFull-time

This student program follows an in-person model. Students will be based at a Stellantis manufacturing facility in the Metro-Detroit area and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates who are selected for the program will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule to fulfill the 24-hour requirement while balancing their class schedule. During the summer months, student employees may work up to 40 hours per week at management’s discretion. Applications are accepted year-round, and cohorts start quarterly in January, April, June, and September. Students are intended to stay in the program until graduation.

About the Program

The Stellantis Student Program offers a unique alternative to traditional summer internships by providing students with the opportunity to work year-round throughout their academic journey. This continuous engagement allows students to apply classroom learning in real-world settings, fostering deeper integration within their teams and organizations. As students progress, they take on increasing levels of responsibility, gaining valuable experience and making meaningful contributions. Assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department, and tailored to the student’s background and skill set. The program includes structured activities and exclusive student networking events to help participants learn about corporate business culture.
