Federated is looking for a motivated and curious HR Intern for Summer 2027 to explore the many facets of Human Resources through job shadowing, project work, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various HR department areas, gaining exposure to employee benefits and wellness programs
• Leave administration and workers’ compensation
• Talent acquisition and recruiting strategies
• Employee relations and engagement initiatives
• HR systems and data management (HRIS)
• Special projects and cross‑functional collaboration
• Work alongside experienced HR professionals on real‑world tasks
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Deliver a final presentation to HR leadership summarizing the internship experience and key takeaways

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Graduating with your undergraduate degree between November 2026 and June 2027
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team‑oriented environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Professionalism and a customer‑focused mindset

Pay

$24.50 per hour

Starts Monday, June 7th, 2027 and ends Wednesday, August 18th, 2027 (full‑time)
