Human Resources Intern (Part-time)

Essential Human Resources Intern Job Functions
- Maintaining and filing critical Human Resources documents.
- Performing audits for completeness, accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support recruitment and employer branding by assisting with job postings and company presence on job sites.
- Perform a variety of Human Resources administrative tasks as assigned.
- Absorb and implement the Learning Management System (LMS) program for employee training.
- Absorb and assist with participation in job fairs and recruiting events.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize multiple HR-related tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential demeanor.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and incompliance with company policy and applicable laws.
This position does not have authority to make hiring, disciplinary, compensation, or termination decisions.
Requirements
- Work Monday through Friday for 10 hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college or university program, with preferable coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or equivalent courses.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

- The length of the internship depends upon work available.
