Human Resources Intern (Global Business Solutions) - 2027 Summer
Our Global Business Solutions (GBS) HR Business Partner team partners closely with business leaders to build high-performing organizations and deliver an exceptional employee experience. We drive strategic people initiatives across talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner Intern, you'll work alongside experienced HRBPs on both strategic projects and day-to-day business partnership, gaining hands-on experience in how HR enables business growth at one of the world's fastest-growing technology companies. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day business partnership across multiple client groups.
- Assist with talent management initiatives, including performance management, organizational planning, and employee development.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support workforce planning and business decisions.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team events, and organizational culture programs.
- Support organizational design, headcount planning, and people-related projects as business needs evolve.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, market trends, and people programs to support strategic recommendations.
- Support additional HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, Consulting, Organizational Development, or a technology company.
- Experience using data to support business recommendations through dashboards, reporting, or workforce analytics.
- Interest in strategic HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience within a global organization.

Pay
The hourly rate range for this position is $25–$25.
