Human Resources - HR Systems Analyst

Location: Greensboro, NC | Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

About the role

The Senior HR Systems Analyst – Benefits will serve as a subject‑matter expert for Benefits technology, supporting HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, vendors, and U.S.-based employees. The position combines technical systems support with functional HR/Benefits knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Benefits systems and ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
• Maintain Benefits data, system configurations, integrations, and vendor interfaces.
• Manage and monitor vendor file feeds, review discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to resolve system and data issues.
• Provide reporting and data to support HR and Benefits business needs.
• Support system enhancements, testing, implementations, documentation, and ongoing system improvements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate work.

Requirements

• Senior‑level HRIS/HR Systems experience.
• Strong experience supporting Benefits systems and processes.
• Experience with HR/Benefits data, reporting, integrations, and vendor file feeds.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑resolution skills.
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, IT, and third‑party vendors.
• Ability to understand both business requirements and technical system needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay

$40–$45 per hour (contract).

Schedule
